Early-Bird Enrollment Form
This application will serve as an official registration. Ohio Law requires student selection via lottery whenever the quantity of applicants exceeds the available space for that grade level. Siblings of enrolled applicants will automatically be enrolled. The official enrollment period will close on December 15, 2023. Another enrollment period will open in January and may have a lottery.
